Rosanna found yoga at a time in her life when she needed to find balance in a hectic schedule. A busy mother of 3 and full time Physician Assistant she felt overwhelmed by life’s demands. Notoriously inflexible in more ways than one, yoga intimidated her. Joining Yoga Culture she quickly learned that yoga is accessible to all body types. She hopes to share with her students that through movement and breath, yoga can provide both physical and emotional strength as well as self confidence. A regular yoga practice has shown Rosanna the necessity of Self Care to create balance in her life.
Rosanna proudly received her 200 hour RYT from Yoga Culture in March 2019.
When not on her mat you will currently find Rosanna training for a half marathon, on the sidelines of her kids soccer games, spending time with family and dreaming of her next place to travel.
