Rachel dabbled in yoga for a few years, but really made a connection with it in 2013. Once the yoga-bug bit her there was no turning back! With her regular practice established, she wanted to give others the opportunity to experience that same mental/physical connection and sense of accomplishment that made her love yoga. The most important part of her practice is that yoga is fun! In 2017, while pregnant with her first child, Rachel decided to take the next step and received her 200-hour Yoga Alliance certification from Yoga Culture. Outside of yoga, Rachel enjoys being outdoors, baking, and playing with her pets.
