Kelly believes yoga can be accessible to anyone and aims to create a safe, welcoming experience in any class she teaches. Yoga "found" Kelly in 2009 when she was searching for a low impact way to exercise after nearly two decades as a competitive athlete. Through yoga, Kelly has grown physically, while improving areas of anxiety, stress, and emotional balance – all things she’s endlessly grateful for. She hopes to bring all of these benefits (& more!) to her students. Kelly completed her 200-hour Yoga Alliance teacher training certification in 2019 at Yoga Culture in Danbury, Connecticut.
