Kayla Kennedy

Kayla fell in love with yoga in 2011 when she began taking yoga classes regularly seeking a way to manage her stress and anxiety. At a time when some aspects of life seemed out of control, learning how to find control in the movements of the body and the steadiness of the breath brought about a sense of peace and clarity she had not experienced before. To further her knowledge of the expansive world of yoga, Kayla completed her 200-hour teacher training in 2018 at Yoga Culture, where she continues to learn new things all the time. Outside of the studio, Kayla can be found reading, spending quality time with her husband and dog, doing home improvements and trying new things to expand her sense of wonder and awe.
