Yoga is Kait’s happy place. It’s where she turns when all is well in her world or when the little things begin to feel like they’re taking up too much mental space. It serves as a refresh button, an opportunity to reconnect to both herself and her surroundings through clear mind, body and breath. She is grateful for her practice and all the wonderful possibilities and people that have accompanied it. Kait completed her 200-hour teacher training certification from Yoga Culture in Danbury, CT in 2015. Prior to that, she lived in Italy for 3 years where she worked remotely for an American company, and became fluent in the Italian language, culture and food. She graduated from the University of Connecticut in 2010 with a major in Psychology and a minor in Communications. Yoga brings great joy to Kait in day to day life and she is excited to share her joy with others.
