Cruskaia Albert-Hall

Cruskaia began practicing yoga over 15 years ago, but it wasn't until she became a busy working mom of two that she realized deepening her practice would help her to find peace off the mat as well. She quickly realized she wanted to teach others to find the same inner peace. She obtained her RYT-200 at Yoga Culture in 2016. She hopes to teach her students the power of the breath, and how to use their yoga practice on and off the mat, while strengthening their bodies, tuning their minds, and lightening their spirits. When she's not teaching or practicing yoga, she's either spending time with family and friends, enjoying nature, cooking, listening to music, or reading a book. Cruskaia has an MA in International Relations from the New School and works for an educational toy company in international sales, meeting people from all over the world! She loves to travel and is always looking for fun places to practice. One of her goals as a teacher is to make practice accessible to all her students while fostering a willingness to try something new. She hopes her students will learn to use their practice as a tool to relax, refresh, and rejuvenate!
