Carrie has personally experienced the benefits of yoga for many years. Yoga has helped her to breathe peace through life’s challenges. Looking to share those benefits, in 2018 Carrie studied under Jenny Schuck and Allison Ray Jeraci, receiving her 200-hour Yoga Alliance Teaching Certification at Yoga Culture in Danbury, CT. She believes a consistent yoga and mindfulness practice are the keys to aging gracefully. She hopes to bring the joy of yoga to people of all ages and abilities.
Carrie discovered a “yogi family” at Yoga Culture, enjoying the welcoming, supportive and friendly atmosphere. She is thrilled to share her practice by teaching there. In her spare time Carrie enjoys hiking with her dog, children, and friends, traveling, reading and creating a cozy nest.
