As an exercise in mindfulness Thich Nhat Hanh suggests when we first wake up in the morning we bring our mouths to a gentle half smile and take 3 breaths. Then through out then day continue this practice. Come to a half smile and take three breaths when listening to music, when doing household tasks and especially when something makes you feel irritated. A smile and a breath are the perfect combination. During practice I reminded you to smile and take 3 breaths. Continue this practice and see what happens. Perhaps you will become more mindful.
